Romelia War Chronicle
Romelia War Chronicle premieres October 3, 2026 on Crunchyroll. Release date, studio and streaming details for Fall 2026.
When does Romelia War Chronicle premiere?
Romelia War Chronicle premieres October 3, 2026. The production is planned as a two-cour television anime, giving the postwar story more room than a single short seasonal run.
Where to watch
Crunchyroll carries the anime in announced territories including North America, Central and South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East and CIS. Regional release timing may vary.
What is Romelia War Chronicle about?
Romelia helped Prince Henri defeat Demon King Zelgis, only for Henri to end their engagement after the victory. Instead of treating the Demon King's defeat as the end of the story, Romelia returns to a homeland still devastated by war and decides to rebuild it herself.
Her work includes organizing an army, restoring the economy and confronting political conspiracies. The premise therefore focuses on what happens after the traditional fantasy victory, when a country still has to recover from the damage left behind.
Who is making the anime?
Animation studio Atra produces the series. Koji Saito serves as series director, Aya Satsuki handles series composition and scripts, and KOHTA YAMAMOTO composes the music. Yuna Nemoto voices Romelia von Graham.
Watch the official trailer
The official promotional campaign describes the series as a postwar saga about a discarded noblewoman building a new future. AniNextUp will track the two-cour schedule as additional episode and streaming information is announced.
