When does the Season 2 English dub start?
The English dub of Reincarnated as a Sword Season 2 begins on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, on HIDIVE. HIDIVE’s October schedule lists new dubbed episodes on Wednesdays. The same schedule lists the subtitled simulcast separately, beginning September 30.
That distinction matters: October 21 is the English-dub start date, not the season premiere. The subtitled version has already been releasing weekly, so the new item for next week is the English audio track arriving on HIDIVE.
What viewers can expect
The second season continues Fran and her sentient-sword companion’s journey. The official series description introduces a sword reborn in another world who joins a young girl seeking justice against those who prey on the weak. HIDIVE has not included an English cast list or a specific release time in its October schedule, so those details remain unconfirmed here.
The official Season 2 trailer introduces the return of Fran and her sword master, but it does not replace HIDIVE’s schedule as the source for the dub date.
